Section titled “Why it fits the braid”STARMOON (Grecia) is a handmade Nekoweb personal site framed as a retro vaporwave OS: CRT splash (STARMOON.exe), boot loader with scanlines, then a full desktop of draggable windows, taskbar, pixel icons, stamps, and a Sailor Moon wand desk toy. Strong Y2K / Nekoweb and plain HTML OS-chrome craft with nightcore/anime packaging and 88×31 / blinkie density (88x31) — not a SaaS landing.
