It is site-as-place and site-as-school at once — maximal Nekoweb / Y2K craft without SaaS quiet.

- Pixel CRT banner as identity: starfield header + CRT/book/candle wordmark — authored mascot chrome you remember after one glance.
- Magenta panel headers + lime monospace body: high-contrast terminal energy; dashed purple update boxes for “What’s new?”
- Right-rail dense nav with pink arrows: hierarchical Webmastery / Cyberspace / Shrines / Projects + theme picker — directory energy, not hamburger minimalism.
- 88×31 row as social proof: own SADGR chip + Yesterweb / reclaim buttons on the home dash (88x31).
